Juniors’ cars Jell-O-ed

March 31, 2020

“OMG!” the juniors said one after the other when they arrived at the parking lot after the last bell.  “My car is filled with green Jell-O!” Not any green color, but Incredible-Hulk colored green. And the shape?  Not cube shaped, or square-pan shaped, or Bundt-shaped, or ring-shaped. The shape, if you could call it a shape, was like strings of squished out ground meat or Play-Doh hair from the Buzz ‘n Cut Barber Shop Set.

On Wednesday, April 1, South seniors spent their skip day buying 300 tons of pre-made celery Jell-O and stuffing it in the juniors’ cars parked in the South parking lot.

“The juniors have been taking up all our parking spots,” senior Missy Butler said by way of explanation.

“This is a disaster,” junior Sa Dman cried after seeing the squishy, green Jell-O in his brand new Clown Car: 20S Circus Edition convertible. “They could have at least made it seasoned tomato flavor… The artificial celery reeks!” he shrieked.

“They got what they deserved,” said senior Imma Clownhouse. “You can come at us all you want but you can’t steal our parking spots,” she said ominously addressing the juniors.

When asked how they got the money to buy so much Jell-O, Clownhouse explained, “We donated half the money we would have spent for prom to Trenton Area Soup Kitchens and the other half we used to buy all the pre-made celery Jell-O in Mercer county.”

The seniors abruptly left without further explanation, leaving the juniors all agog with questions.

Although the school custodians generously helped juniors clean their cars, the damage was already done.

“Watch out sophomores; the Class of 2021 has made their decision. Any junior cars found in the parking lot will not be spared,” said Dman.
